COMPASSIONATE CARE ROOTED IN SCIENCE AND HEART: FIND A LIFE OF GREATER EASE, RESILIENCE AND MEANING

You don’t have to feel alone in your struggles.

I’ll help you navigate life’s challenges with greater ease so you can thrive and flourish.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in a cycle that’s hard to break? Do life transitions, stress, or self-doubt leave you questioning how to move forward? If you’re searching for deeper well-being and lasting change—not just symptom relief—I’m here to help.

As a clinical psychologist with over three decades of experience, I specialize in supporting individuals through life’s challenges with a compassionate, integrative, and evidence-based approach. Drawing from mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), polyvagal-informed work, positive psychology, and other mind-body modalities, I tailor our sessions to address your unique needs—not just from a clinical perspective, but from a whole-person lens that honors the connection between mental, emotional, and physical health.

I believe that healing happens through safety, connection, and practical tools. Together, we’ll build a strong foundation of self-awareness and skills to help you reduce anxiety and depression, manage stress, navigate transitions, and reconnect with your inner strengths. Whether you’re dealing with panic, burnout, health challenges, relationship struggles, depression, anxiety or simply feeling lost, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where meaningful change can unfold.

Helping you on your journey:
