For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by what helps people heal, grow, and live with more ease. Over the past three decades, I’ve helped hundreds of people work through anxiety, chronic stress, self-doubt, perfectionism, and patterns that keep them stuck — and I’ve learned that real and lasting change begins with understanding one essential thing:

Your nervous system shapes how you think, feel, and connect — and when it comes into balance, everything else becomes possible.

My work is grounded in polyvagal theory, mindfulness, behavioral science, and other evidence-based mind-body practices. I help people learn how to shift out of survival patterns and access the inner safety, clarity, and resilience that fuel both healing and high performance.

But this isn’t just professional for me — it’s personal.

In my own life, I struggled with anxiety, striving, busyness, and the pressure to be “enough.” I tried all kinds of self-help in the hopes of “fixing” myself, that only left me in self-defeating patterns.

Later, mindfulness and mind-body practices helped me see how much wisdom the body holds, and how much changes when we learn to integrate mind, body and heart. Listening deeply to the people I’ve worked with over the years showed me a simple truth:

We don’t have to fix ourselves to transform our lives.
We need the right tools, the right support, and the wisdom of the mind, body and heart.

Whether you come to me for therapy or for coaching, my goal is the same: to help you access your natural capacity for calm, connection, clarity, and thriving.

I specialize in helping people who:

  • Experience anxiety, chronic stress, or emotional overwhelm
  • Feel stuck in patterns of self-doubt or perfectionism
  • Are high functioning on the outside but struggling internally
  • Want to move beyond coping and step into confidence, purpose, or peak performance
  • Seek a science-backed, mind-body approach to lasting change

I combine:

  • Polyvagal-informed practices
  • Mindfulness and compassion-based tools
  • Somatic and cognitive-behavioral strategies
  • Practical, everyday skills for nervous system regulation
  • A strengths-based, non-pathologizing perspective

This approach helps you create change from the inside out — in your physiology, in your thought patterns, in your relationships, and in your sense of what’s possible.
